Motivation
Sometimes science isn't all it's cracked up to be. Experiments can go exceedingly well for months at a time, then suddenly stop working all together with seemingly no explanation. My project is challenging me right now, and not in a good, makes you thrilled to be doing science kind of way; but in a makes it hard to even want to come in to the lab in the morning kind of way. So what I need is some motivation.

Hope your project clears up soon. Science projects can be really inspiring and intriguing...but sometimes they can just be a big, confusing PITA. Prayers & well wishes.

I had a long chat with my supervisor last night, and we've come up with some alternative things to work on while I try to get this one (huge) aspect of my project moving again. and today's a new day (though kind of gratefully I'm not doing any bench work today.)

I actually really love inspirational quotes, even the cheesiest of ones (actually, the cheesier, the better, haha), so I definitely appreciate this post. :) I've never had the patience for science and math (which is why I swiftly switched out of pre-med in college) so I respect that you do! Also, I took a peek at your previous posts--you're also training for a marathon too? Convinced that you're an overall awe-inspiring person, so keep it up!

Haha I don't know about awe inspiring, but thanks (you totally made my day) I am totally the opposite, I never had patience for like english, or poli-sci, or soc-sci type things. I've always been a math/science girl (it's just so interesting, I love puzzles, and I need things to have a right answer not ambiguity to some extent) Anyways thanks for dropping by!
